Can-Am® Maverick X3

The HMF™ exhausts for the Can-Am® Maverick X3 are available as a Dual Full (Turbo-Back), Single Big Core (Turbo-Back), or Slip-On (muffler delete) system.  The Dual Full System features dual 16" mufflers that retain the original turbo and downpipe heat shields.  The Duals come standard with (2) 18MM O2 Bungs; One for the original O2 and the other for a wide-band O2.  

Performance Series - Dual Full (Turbo-Back)
The 4" Aluminum Performance Series picks up 6 horsepower, 4lb/ft torque, 10-12dB increase, and weighs approximately 14.5lbs.

Titan Series - Dual Full (Turbo-Back)
The 5" Stainless Steel Titan Series is available as a Quiet or Loud exhaust system, generating 5-7 horsepower, 4-5lb of torque, 5-9dB increase, weighs approximately 23lbs. 

Titan-SS Series - Single Big Core Full (Turbo-Back)
The Titan-SS utilizes the 5" Stainless Steel Titan shell with our Performance Series, Big Core internals.  The system is a single system, mounted on the side of the Maverick® X3, and is intended for competitive, high-performance UTV racing.

  • Titan-SS Fits: 72" Long Travel Models: X RS Turbo R, X RC Turbo R, X MR Turbo R, MAX X RS Turbo R
  • Titan-SS does not fit: 64" Travel Mode: Turbo, Turbo R, X DS Turbo R, X RC Turbo, X MR Turbo, Max Turbo, Max Turbo R, Max X DS Turbo R

Slip-On (Muffler Delete)
The Slip-On (muffler delete) is a no core pipe that retains the stock end cap and plastics.  The system picks up 3 horsepower, 3lb/ft of torque, and increases the overall exhaust volume 14-22dB (very loud).

Low Speed Fuel

Going down on the number scale will reduce low speed fuel. Going up on the number scale will increase low speed fuel.

Mid Range Fuel

Going down on the number scale will reduce mid range fuel. Going up on the number scale will increase mid range fuel.

High End Fuel

Going down on the number scale will reduce high end fuel. Going up on the number scale will increase high end fuel.

Green Lower Switch Point

Going down on the number scale will turn green mode on earlier. Going up on the number scale will turn green mode on later. These modes typically will not need adjusted from their base setting.

Yellow Lower Switch Point

Going down on the number scale will turn yellow mode on earlier. Going up on the number scale will turn yellow mode on later. These modes typically will not need adjusted from their base setting.

Red Lower Switch Point

Going down on the number scale will turn red mode on earlier. Going up on the number scale will turn red mode on later. These modes typically will not need adjusted from their base setting.
