Repack and Repair Services

In order to have your exhaust repacked or repaired, you must print out the form below and send it in to HMF. If you do not include the printed form, we will be unable to service your muffler.

Typically, the average rider will need to repack their exhaust after about 40-50 hours of riding. This can vary, however, depending on the type of riding you do. More aggressive race machines are going to need to repack more often than the average trail rider.

Customer Responsibilities:

• Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from HMF.
• Cleaning Fee (For excessively dirty exhausts): $30.00
• All prices given over the phone are subject to change upon receiving exhaust.
• Customer is responsible for shipping charges to HMF.
