COVID-19 Update

As of the close of business Monday March 23rd, 2020, HMF Racing will be temporarily closing manufacturing and operations until May 1st as mandated by the State of Ohio to help slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We hope to resume normal work May 2nd, 2020. This is to protect the health and safety of all HMF staff and their families.

All orders that are currently in progress will be put on hold until operations resume. In Stock items are available to ship with negligible delays. New orders may still be placed on our website. Orders placed online will be charged and invoiced the next morning in order to reserve a place in the production queue. Delays in production in addition to the listed production time are possible depending on the volume of orders placed during this closure period.

From the HMF family to you:
Stay safe, stay healthy, and we look forward to helping you with your exhaust and equipment needs in the very near future.

Honda® Foreman Rubicon

The Honda® Rubicon 520 exhaust systems are available as full systems in the Performance, Titan, and Swamp Series.  The HMF exhaust replaces the bulky original one-piece exhaust with a two-piece system consisting of a headpipe and silencer.

Performance Series
Full System
The single 4” aluminum silencer and stainless steel head pipe picks up 1 hp and 1 ft-lb with a big boost in sound and tone.  The entire system also saves weight compared to the stock exhaust.

Titan Series

Full System
The single 5” stainless steel silencer and head pipe picks up 1 hp and 2 ft-lbs.  Available in both Loud (XL) and quiet (QS) options the exhaust adds durability, sound, and tone to the Honda Rubicon.  The Titan QS system measures quieter than the stock exhaust at 80 dB compared to the stock exhaust at 83 dB at idle and still has the signature deep tone of the HMF Titan Series.

Swamp Series

Full System
The single 5” stainless steel silencer, head pipe, and included exhaust snorkel picks up 1 hp and 2 ft-lbs.  Available in both Loud (Swamp XL) and quiet (Swamp Standard) options the exhaust adds durability, sound, and tone to the Honda Rubicon.  The Swamp system measures quieter than the stock exhaust at 80 dB compared to the stock exhaust at 83 dB at idle and still has the signature deep tone of the HMF Swamp Series.
