The Honda Pioneer 1000 is a utility workhorse SxS vehicle that is designed to handle traditional jobs and tasks while offering enough horsepower to get you through the trails. For years, our stainless steel Titan Series exhaust systems have been tried and tested on the Pioneer. With the latest unveiling of the Pioneer, we attacked it like never before, creating an entire line of HMF bolt-on equipment that adds protection and functionality to the Pioneer.
The HMF Defender HD Front Bumper for the Honda® Pioneer 1000 is constructed from .095” wall steel tubing and not only protects the front of the machine but also offers an integrated winch mount plate.
The bumper also comes with a 3/16” aluminum skid plate with a cutout to mount a winch fairlead. The bumper works with UTV fairleads with 6” mounting hole spacing. LED lights may also be mounted on the bumper (see mounting options). All necessary hardware and instructions are included.
EXO HEADLIGHT GUARDS
The HMF Headlight Guards for the Honda® Pioneer 1000 attach directly to the HMF Defender HD Front Bumper, protecting the headlights from brush, branches, and other debris from the off-road. Made from .095" steel tubing, the Headlight Guards are powder-coated black and attach to the Defender Bumper with M10 X 1.5 bolts.
DEFENDER REAR BUMPER
The HMF Defender Rear Bumper for the Honda® Pioneer 1000 is constructed from .095” wall steel tubing and powder coated for the ultimate protection on the rear of the Pioneer.
The rear bumper easily mounts to the frame of the vehicle and provides the strength and protection to handle even the most demanding situations. Available in black, it has been specifically designed to work with both stock and HMF™ exhaust systems.
The HMF Taillight Guards for the Honda Pioneer 1000 attaches directly to the frame, protecting the taillights from brush, branches, and other debris from the off-road. The Taillight Guards also feature a bed rail, offering tie-down points for carrying larger cargo. Made from .095" steel tubing, the Headlight Guards are powder-coated black and attach to the frame of the Pioneer.
The Honda® Pioneer 1000 is available as a Slip-On System in the Titan Series. Made from 304 Stainless steel, the Titan exhaust system picks up 1 horse and 1lb of torque while cutting 10lbs off from the stock exhaust.
At idle, the stock Pioneer 1000 is at 78dB while the Titan-QS is at 85dB and the Titan-XL at 87dB. The HMF™ exhaust maintains the original narrowband O2 Sensor and a 12mm O2 bung is welded into the HMF S-Bend.
