For Models: RZR Pro XP (2025-2025)
!!! WARNING !!! Before working on your machine, make sure it is parked on a level surface with the transmission in park and/or the parking brake engaged.
1. Remove the following:
2. If the vehicle came with a bumper hoop remove the original front bumper hoop and support brackets. (see pic 1)(See Figure #1)
3. Trim the lower center fascia panels as shown in the image below. Cut off the section below the red line on the inner fascia. Cut along the blue lines on the outer fascia. (see pic 2)(See Figure #2)
1. Install the provided U4 Front Bumper Mid Plate using the provided (2) M10-1.5x25 Hex Bolts, (2) 3/8" Flat Washers where the origal front bumper hoop mounted.
2. Using supplied (2) M8-1.25x50 Buttonhead bolts, (4) 3/8" Flat Washers, (2) M33 Aluminum Spacers, (2) M8 -1.25 Nylock Nuts Secure the grill surround to the U4 Front Bumper Mid Plate. (see pic 3)(See Figure #3)
3. Temporarily remove the 10mm head flanged head bolts for the fascia supports and place the provided U4 Front Bumper Side Brackets between the support and frame of the vehicle. Secure the brackets using the provided (2) M10-1.5x25 Allen Bolts, (4) 3/8" USS Flat Washers, and (2) M10-1.5 Nylock Nuts. Reinstall the original bolts for the fascia support. (see pic 4)(See Figure #4)
4. Re assemble inner and outer fascia and place the assembly into the new HMF U4 Front bumper. (see pic 5)(See Figure #5)
5. Using supplied (2) M10-1.5x25 Hex Bolts, (2) 3/8" Flat Washers Hang the HMF U4 Front Bumper loosely from the lower mounts. (see pic 6). (See Figure #6)
6. Loosely secure the HMF U4 Front Bumper to the U4 Front Bumper Mid Plate using the supplied (2) M10-1.5x25 Allen Bolts (4) 3/8" Flat Washers (2) M10-1.5 Nylock Nuts. (see pic 7)(See Figure #7)
7. Loosely secure the main bumper top tube to the previously installed Side Brackets using the provided (2) M10-1.5x25 Allen Bolts and (2) 3/8" USS Flat Washers. (See Figure #8)
8. With all components in place resecure front fascia assembly to the mounting points using the factory torx bolts, make any final adjustments and tighten all hardware. (see pic 9)(See Figure #9)
