Yamaha / YXZ 1000R / Cargo Rack / 19-> Installation Instructions For Models: YXZ 1000R (2019-2025)
1. Remove the (2) bolts from the rear of the cargo bed as pictured.(See Figure #1)
1. Place the HMF iQ Cargo Rack on the rear of the vehicle. Line up the mounting locations for the lower bed and install the provided (2) M6x1.0x30 Hex Bolts, (2) #10 Washers, and (2) 1/4" Spacers as pictured. The Spacer will go below the cargo rack in the recess of the cargo bed.
TIP: If you are having difficulty getting these bolts started remove the cargo rack and make sure the bed is aligned with the threaded hole. The cargo bed may have shifted after removing the stock hardware. Use a small punch or screwdriver to line up all the holes. (See Figure #2)
2. Secure the outer arms of the cargo rack to the extensions on the cage using the provided (2) M8x1.25x45 Allen Head Bolts, (2) 5/16" Fender Washers, and (2) M8x1.25 Nylock Nuts. (See Figure #3)
