Yamaha Raptor 110 Full System Installation Instructions For Models: Raptor 110 (2024-2025)
1. Remove O2 sensor from factory headpipe (17mm wrench)(See Figure #1)
2. Unbolt HeadPipe from Muffler assembly and cylinder head then remove HeadPipe. (See Figure #2)
3. Remove Muffler Assembly from vehicle(See Figure #3)
4. Remove heat shield from Factory Headpipe and install on New HMF Headpipe using factory hardware. (See Figure #4)
1. Using supplied hardware (M8-1.25x20 Hex bolt, 2 ¼” Flat Washers, M8-1.25 Nylock nut) and factory head to pipe gasket install new HMF Header pipe. (See Figure #5)
2. Reroute O2 sensor wire and install in new HMF Headpipe. (See Figure #6)
3. Remove rear Reflector assembly. (See Figure #7)
4. Using supplied hardware (M8-1.25x20 Hex bolt, 2 ¼” Flat washers, M8-1.25 Nylock nut and short spring) install new HMF Muffler assembly on the vehicle. (See Figure #8)
