Installation

!!! WARNING !!! Before working on your machine, make sure it is parked on a level surface with the transmission in park and/or the parking brake engaged

1. Secure the HMF HD Hitch Receiver as shown using the provided (4) M8-1.25x20 Hex Bolts, (4) M8-1.25 Nylock Nuts, and (8) 1/4" Flat Washers.  Tighten all hardware evenly.(See Figure #1)

Maximum Recommended Trailer Weight: 1500 lbs (680 kg)
Maximum Recommended Tongue Weight: 150 lbs (68 kg)

Always use low range to tow heavy loads.  Refer to your vehicle's owners manual for vehicle specific limits and warnings.  (See Figure #2)
