Polaris / RZR XP 900 / Optimizer Installation Instructions For Models: RZR XP 900 (2011-2014)
1. Connect the Black Ground Wire to a good ground source. (Preferably the engine or negative battery post)
2. Locate the Fuel Injector Sub Harness. The Fuel Injector Sub Harness is located above the Rear of the Clutch Cover.(See Figure #1)
3. Disconnect the (2) Sub Harness Connectors. One is Black the other is Gray.
4. Connect the Optimizer male and female ends to the color corresponding plugs.
5. Install the Optimizer under the engine cover in the small compartment of the Passenger Side.
Be sure that wiring harness is secured away from any hot or moving parts.
