Polaris / RZR XP 4 1000 / Rock Sliders / 24 Installation Instructions For Models: RZR Pro XP (2024-2024)
1. Remove the Front Skid Plate (12) T40 Torx head bolts, (1) 10mm head bolt.(See Figure #1)
2. Remove the (5) 10mm head bolts, (2) T40 Torx head bolts on the outside edge of the Middle Skid Plate.(See Figure #2)
3. Repeat step 2 for the other side of the machine.
4. Remove the rear seats of the vehicle to access the rear wheel well mounts for the Rock Sliders.(See Figure #3)
1. Beginning with the passenger side Rock Slider, preinstall (3/8" Flat Washer, M10-1.5x100 Hex bolt) in the furthest forward mount of the rock slider(See Figure #4)
2. Next, loosely preinstall (3/8" Flat Washer, M10-1.5x60 Hex Bolt, 5/16" aluminum spacer, and 7/8 Wedge anchor) onto the third mounting hole of the Rock Slider
3. Insert (2) 5/16" Aluminum spacers into the front two mounting points of the machine and (1) longer Aluminum Spacer into the mount in the rear wheel well (See Figure #5)
4. Begin hanging the rock slider by first inserting the rearmost support bar into the wheel well opening, and then inserting the (Tube Anchor) into the frame mount. Finally, loosely secure the furthest forward mount with the (M10-1.5x100 Hex Bolt, 3/8 Flat Washer, 3/8 Fender Washer, and M10-1.5 Nylock Nut) (See Figure #6)
5. Loosely secure the rear wheel well mount using (M10-1.5x120 Hex Bolt, 3/8 Washer, 3/8 Fender Washer, and M10-1.5 Nylock Nut)
6. Using (M10-1.5x100 Hex Bolt, 3/8 Fender Washer, 3/8 Flat Washer, M10-1.5 Nylock Nut), loosely install them into the remaining mount of the machine.
7. To install the driver-side Rock Slider, repeat steps 1-6. However, for step 2, instead of using the wedge anchor, use the remaining (M10-1.5x60 Hex Bolt, 3/8 Flat Washer, 5/16 Aluminum spacer, 3/8 Fender Washer, and M10-1.5 Nylock Nut).
8. Make any final adjustments to the Rock Sliders and tighten all hardware.
9. Re-secure the outside mounts of the middle skid plate, then reinstall the front skid plate.
10. Reinstall the rear passenger seats.
