Polaris / RZR Turbo R / Rear Bumper - X Installation Instructions For Models: RZR Turbo R (2024-2024)
1. Remove both factory T50 Torx Bolts with plasting bushing from exhaust fascia plastics. (If you're using an HMF exhaust, remove exhaust fascia plastics and exhaust)(See Figure #1)
1. Insert the provided M10 Allen Bolts with 3/8" Washers through the top mounting points. Place the provided 1/4" Aluminum Spacers on the back side of the bumper over the exposed M10 Bolts.(See Figure #2)
2. Put the Bumper in place and start the (2) Upper M10 Bolts, but do not tighten yet.(See Figure #3)
3. Insert (2) M8 x 1.25 x 70 and (2) 1/4" Flat Washers through lower mounting points. Install (2) 1/4" Flat Washers and (2) M8 x 1.25 Nylock Nuts.(See Figure #4)
4. Adjust position of bumper and tighten all hardware.(See Figure #5)
