Polaris RZR Pro R Dual Slip On Installation Instructions For Models: RZR Pro R (2022-2024)
1. Remove factory exhaust bezel and bed liner. (See Figure #1)
2. Remove exhaust tip and lower exhaust bracket, Then remove exhaust muffler.(See Figure #2)
3. Install the supplied Speed Clips on the Upper Heat Shield and Bracket. (See Figure #3)
4. Using the supplied M6X20 Hex Bolts and 1/4" Flat Washers, assemble the Heat Shield Assembly.(See Figure #4)
5. Using the supplied Shoulder Bolts, M12 Washers, 3/8" Fender Washers, and M10-1.5 nylock nuts, install the Heat Shield Bracket Assembly onto the factory Upper Exhaust Brackets.(See Figure #5)
6. Using the supplied Shoulder Bolts, M12 Washers, 3/8" Fender Washers, and M10-1.5 nylock nuts, attach the Lower Bracket to the factory Lower Exhaust Bracket and re-install on the vehicle.(See Figure #6)
7. Pre-install the Left Muffler onto the Collector (short inlet to short outlet) and loosely install on the vehicle using the supplied M8x20 Hex Bolts, M8 Nylock Nuts, 1/4" Flat Washers, M6x10 Buttonheads, #10 Flat Washsers and Factory Collector Spring Bolts(See Figure #7)

8. Install the Right Muffler using the supplied M8x20 hex bolts, M8 nylock nuts, 1/4" Flat Washers, M6x10 Buttonheads, and #10 Flat Washers.(See Figure #9)
9. Install supplied Long Springs between collector and mufflers. Adjust and align mufflers and tighten all hardware.
10. Install the HMF Exhaust Bezel using supplied M8x20 hex bolt, 1/4” washer, M8 nylock nut, 5/16 fender wahser and original upper bezel bolts.(See Figure #10)
