For Models: Ranger XP 900 (2013-2015)
1. Place the bed in full dump position.
2. Using a piece of electrical wire or a spring puller, remove the 2 springs at the Head-pipe-to-Silencer Joint.
3. Remove the 3 rubber exhaust hangers and exhaust silencer, being careful not to lose the Head Pipe-to-Silencer Gasket.
1. Inspect the Head Pipe-to-Silencer Gasket for wear or damage. Replace if necessary. (See Figure #1)
2. Position the Slip-on and tail pipe assembly in the original location.
3. Install the original rubber exhaust hangers on the silencer.
4. Using a piece of electrical wire or a spring puller, install 2 original springs at Head-pipe-to-Silencer Joint.
5. Using supplied hardware, mount the tailpipe exhaust hanger to the bracket. (See Figure #2)
6. Inspect all areas around the exhaust for proper alignment and clearance. Adjust if necessary.
