Polaris Ranger 500 & 800 Slip-On Installation Instructions

Removal

1. Make sure the bike is on level ground and completely cooled down.

2. Remove the spings that hold the Silencer and Head Pipe together.  (Use spring puller or piece of wire to remove springs)

3. Pull back and twist the Silencer until it is removed.

4. Keep the Stock Gasket, you will reuse it.  You may need to replace it depending its condition.

Installation

1. Slide the Silencer onto the Head Pipe and into the rubber mounts.(See Figure #1)

2. Mount the Silencer with the supplied springs.

3. With most applications remapping is a necessity.(See Figure #2)
