Installation

!!! WARNING !!! Before working on your machine, make sure it is parked on a level surface with the transmission in park and/or the parking brake engaged.

1. Carefully raise the bumper into place and loosely secure it to the upper mounting locations using the provided (2) M10-1.25x25 Allen Head Bolts, and (2) 3/8" Flat Washers. (See Figure #1)

NOTE: Leave all hardware loose until the bumper has been completely mounted to allow for proper alignment and adjustment.(See Figure #2)

2. Secure the lower mount of the bumper to the frame using the provided (2) M10-1.25x70 Hex Bolts, (4) 3/8" Flat Washers, and (2) M10-1.25 Nylock Nuts. (See Figure #3)

3. Check for proper alignment and clearance then even tighten all hardware.(See Figure #4)

IMPORTANT: The receiver hitch on the rear bumper (where applicable) has been designed for light to medium loads.  Exessive tonge weight or loading can lead to damage to the bumper, vehicle, occupants, or hitched accessories.  Employ discresion when using the receiver hitch to aviod overloading the bumper or vehicle.  The hitch is not rated to a specific weight capacity and failure due to overloading is not covered under the HMF Equipment warranty.
