Honda Ruckus Full System Installation Instructions

Removal

1. Remove the Head Pipe Nuts and Silencer Bolt.

2. Remove the Exhaust.

Installation

1. Install the supplied HMF Ruckus Mounting Bracket using the two supplied 8mm bolts and washers.(See Figure #1)

2. Slide the Silencer onto the Head Pipe and install the supplied spring between the two.(See Figure #2)

3. Align the Silencer, then slide the Flange Gasket onto the Head Bolts.  Finally, bolt the Head Pipe onto the Head.

4. Bolt the Silencer onto the Mounting Bracket using the 8mm bolt, locknut, and two washers.(See Figure #3)

5. Remove the Air Box Lid , drill a 1/4” hole and install the supplied 6mm bolt, washers, and locknut in order to brace up the Rear Fender.  See Pictures.
