Honda Rancher 350 Slip-On Installation Instructions

For Models: Rancher 350 (2000-2006)

Removal

1. Loosen the Clamp at the Head Pipe-to-Silencer Joint.

2. Remove the Silencer-to-Frame Mounting Bolt(s).

3. Pull back and twist to remove the Silencer.

1. If still present, remove the Stock Gasket from the Head Pipe.

2. Be sure the Head Pipe Outlet is clean and free from corrosion, burrs, and debris.

3. Slide the supplied Replacement Gasket over the Head Pipe.

4. Slide the supplied T-bolt clamp over the Slip On Inlet.

5. Position the HMF Slip On into the factory location, lining up the mounting holes in the Slip On and the Frame.

6. Use the original Mounting Bolt to fasten the Slip On to the Frame.

7. Snug the T-bolt Clamp.
