Honda Grom Full System 17 Installation Instructions

For Models: Grom (2017-2020)

Removal

1. Be sure the motorcycle is parked on level ground and that the engine and exhaust are completely cool.

1. Remove the 2 nuts at the cylinder head to head pipe joint.

2. Remove the 3 mounting bolts from the exhaust system and remove the exhaust from the motorcycle.

1. Install the HMF head pipe using the original nuts. (Do not Tighten yet)

2. Slide the HMF silencer onto the head pipe and install the supplied spring with a spring puller or a piece of electrical wire.

3. Mount the muffler at the original location on the frame using the original Bolt, washer, and nut.

4. Tighten the nuts at the cylinder head to head pipe joint.(See Figure #1)
