Can-Am Outlander 700 Slip-On Installation Instructions For Models: Outlander 700 (2023-2026)
1. Begin by removing the rear bumper that is secured with (4) Nuts and (4) bolts.(See Figure #1)

2. Next remove the 02 sensor, and the (4) Springs securing the muffler assembly to the factory Head Pipe.(See Figure #2)

3. Remove the shock heatshield by removing the (4) 10mm head bolts and sliding the shield out towards the front of the vehicle. (See Figure #3)

4. Using a pick, or small flat blade screwdriver, remove the retaining clip on the right side muffler assembly mount.(See Figure #4)

5. Carefully slide the muffler assembly out towards the rear of the vehicle, and remove the single 10mm head bolt in the center right of the heatshield.(See Figure #5)

6. With all the stock components out of the way install the HMF Mounting bracket into the factory rubber mounts.(See Figure #6)

7. Next assemble the HMF support bracket as shown with the provided:
Attach it to the main HMF Mounting bracket, and secure the other end of the support bracket to the frame using the supplied (1) M6-1.0x20,(1) #10 Flat Washer. (See Figure #7)

8. Loosely slide the provided (1) T-Bolt clamp over the inlet of the HMF Muffler assembly then using the provided (2)M8-1.25x20 Hex bolts, (4) 1/4" Flat Washers, and (2) M8-1.25 Nylock Nuts. Loosely hang the Muffler from the Mounting Bracket.
9. With the Muffler in place slide the HMF Mid Pipe in from the front of the vehicle towards the rear, around the shock assembly, and slip it into the inlet of the Muffler assembly.(See Figure #8)

10. Using the factory springs removed in step 2 secure the HMF Mid Pipe to the factory head pipe, and slide the T-bolt clamp up to the Mid pipe to Muffler assembly joint and tighten the clamp.(See Figure #9)

11. Reinstall the O2 sensor, Shock heat shield, and Rear bumper. Make any final positioning adjustments, then tighten all hardware. (See Figure #10)
