Can Am / Maverick R / HD Exo Front Bumper Installation Instructions For Models: Maverick R (2024-2024)
1. Using provided hardware (2) M8-1.25x20 Hexbolts, (4) 1/4" Flat washers, (2) M8-1.25 Nylock nuts, insert the Lower Mounting Brackets through the openings in the lower fascia. Then, slide the Winch Mount Plate into the upper opening of the fascia and insert the hardware loosely to hold the Bumper in place. (See Figure #1)

2. Using supplied hardware (4) M8-1.25x20 Hexbolts, (8) 1/4" Flat washers, (4) M8-1.25 Nylock nuts, begin to secure the Lower Mounting Brackets of the Bumper to the suspension bulkhead. (See Figure #3)

3. Carefully loosen the upper shock bolts, removing the nuts and backing the bolts out, leaving some of the thread sticking out. (See Figure #5)
4. Carefully hang the Exo bars from the shock bolts and loosely reinstall the factory nuts. Insert the ends into the bungs on the Front Bumper and use the supplied (4) M8-1.25x20 button head bolts, (4) M8 flat washers to loosely secure the Exo bars to the Front Bumper. (See Figure #6)

5. Using supplied (2) M8-1.25x20 hexbolts, (2) 1/4" Flatwashers loosely install the Mid Mount Light Bracket. (See Figure #8)
6. Once all components are on the vehicle make final alignment adjustments to the bumper and tighten all hardware. (See Figure #9)
