Can am Maverick R Dual Turbo Back Exhaust Installation Instructions

Removal

NOTE: 

1. Remove all heatshielding from the stock exhaust.

2. Remove O2 sensor from the downpipe.

3. Remove the Turbo downpipe leaving V-band clamp in place.

4. Remove the Muffler assembly and set aside stock hardware for later use.(See Figure #1)

Installation

1. Using Factory muffler assembly hardware loosely install HMF Muffler Mounting Bracket.(See Figure #2)

2. Using Factory Turbo downpipe V-band clamp install HMF Headpipe loosely to allow rotation of HMF Headpipe.(See Figure #3)

3. Loosely install supplied T-bolt clamp onto the inlet of the left side HMF Muffler assembly and using supplied (3x M8-1.25x20 Hexbolt, 6x #10 Flatwashers and 3x M8-1.25 Nylock nuts) loosely install onto the HMF headpipe and bracket.(See Figure #4)

4. Loosely install supplied T-bolt clamp onto the inlet of the right side HMF Muffler assembly and using supplied (3x M8-1.25x20 Hexbolt, 6x #10 Flatwashers and 3x M8-1.25 Nylock nuts) loosely install onto the HMF headpipe and bracket.(See Figure #5)

5. At this time you can choose one of the provided Vinyl Strips to place on the HMF Muffler Bracket, Then using the provided (2x M6-1.0x20 Buttonhead bolt, 2x #10 Flat washers, 2x M6-1.0 Nylock nuts) install the HMF Exhaust Bezel .(See Figure #6)

6. To complete the installation reinstall the factory O2 sensor, make any final alignment adjustments and tighten all hardware.
