Can Am DS650 Slip-On Installation Instructions

Removal

1. Using a piece of electrical wire or a spring puller, remove the 3 springs at the Head Pipe-to-Silencer Joint.  

2. Remove the bolts holding the silencer to the frame.

3. Pull back and twist to remove the silencer.

Installation

1. Position the new Slip on silencer in the original location.(See Figure #1)

2. Use the supplied hardware to mount the silencer to the frame brackets.

3. Using a piece of electrical wire or a spring puller, install the 3 included springs at the Head Pipe-to-Silencer Joint.  

4. Inspect all the areas around the exhaust for proper alignment and clearance.  Adjust if necessary.
