Rear Bumper, Yamaha Wolverine Instructions

Installation

1. Position the lower bracket of the bumper between the (2) angled frame rails above the hitch. (See Figure #1)

2. Using the supplied M8x20 bolts, M8 nylocs and 1/4" washers to attach the bumper to the frame. You will use the four existing bolt holes. Do not tighten. 

3. Remove the nuts from the top rear shock bolts and attach one of the top support bars to the top shock mount and the other end to the mounting tab on the top tube of the bumper using 2 of the supplied M8x20 bolts, washers, and nyloc nuts. Repeat for the opposite side. (See Figure #2)

4. Install the original top shock nut and tighten all mounting hardware.
