Polaris Sportsman 570 Exhaust Systems

Exhaust Description

The Polaris® Sportsman 570 is available as a Slip-On system in the Titan exhaust. The stainless steel slip-on system picks up 1-2 more horse power and torque throughout the power curve.  The stock exhaust system measures 82dB at idle, with the Titan-QS (Quiet system) measuring only 83dB and the Titan-XL (Loud system) at 86dB.

Important: Tuning for 2021-2025 models has not been confimed as of yet.  Connections with the HMF Optimizer and proper mapping may be different and incompatible for the 2022 model year vehicles when comparted to prior years.

Fuel tuning is required learn more

Fuel Tuning is absolutely required when installing an HMF Exhaust on this machine. Failure to tune the engine can cause excessive damage to the exhaust system and engine, while voiding the warranty on your exhaust and possibly on your machine. (check with local dealer). See the tuning settings below for the proper fuel tuning solution on your machine.
