Polaris® Scrambler® XP 1000 S

The Polaris Scrambler® XP 1000 S exhaust systems are available as a Dual Full System in the Performance Series and a Single Slip-On System in the Titan Series.  

Performance Series
Dual Full System
The 4” diameter aluminum silencers are 14" cans with a stainless steel head pipe that will replace the entire exhaust system.  

Titan Series
Slip-On System
The 5" stainless steel Titan Slip-On System retains a similar layout as the stock exhaust while still retaining the signature HMF™ design.  Available in both the Loud (XL) and Quiet (QS) options. 

Exhaust Weights (weight difference to stock): 
Performance Dual Full System: 16.9 lbs (-3.35 lbs)
Titan-QS (Quiet system) (Quiet) Slip-On: 8.15 lbs (-6.8 lbs)
Titan-XL (Loud system) (Loud) Slip-On: 7 lbs (-7.95 lbs)

Failure to tune the engine can cause excessive damage to the exhaust system and engine, while voiding the warranty on your exhaust and possibly on your machine. (check with local dealer). See the tuning settings below for the proper fuel tuning solution on your machine.

Low Speed Fuel

Going down on the number scale will reduce low speed fuel. Going up on the number scale will increase low speed fuel.

Mid Range Fuel

Going down on the number scale will reduce mid range fuel. Going up on the number scale will increase mid range fuel.

High End Fuel

Going down on the number scale will reduce high end fuel. Going up on the number scale will increase high end fuel.

Green Lower Switch Point

Going down on the number scale will turn green mode on earlier. Going up on the number scale will turn green mode on later. These modes typically will not need adjusted from their base setting.

Yellow Lower Switch Point

Going down on the number scale will turn yellow mode on earlier. Going up on the number scale will turn yellow mode on later. These modes typically will not need adjusted from their base setting.

Red Lower Switch Point

Going down on the number scale will turn red mode on earlier. Going up on the number scale will turn red mode on later. These modes typically will not need adjusted from their base setting.
