Brake Pedal, Polaris RZR® RS1 Instructions For Models: RZR® RS1 (2018-2022)
1. Remove the E-Clip and Cotter Pin holding the Stock Pedal to the Mounting Bracket to the Master Cylinder.
2. Slide the Pin out of the Master Cylinder, then slide the Stock Brake Pedal off.
3. Remove the Bushings.
1. Press the Bushings into the HMF IQ Brake Pedal Arm.(See Figure #1)
2. Slide the HMF Brake Pedal onto the Mounting Bracket. (A small amount of grease is recommended)
3. Install the Pin and Cotter Pin into the Master Cylinder.
4. Install the E-Clip.
