Rear Cargo Rack, Polaris RZR Pro XP^® Instructions

Installation

!!! WARNING !!! Before working on your machine, make sure it is parked on a level surface with the transmission in park and/or the parking brake engaged.

1. Identify the bolt configuration on your bed, as the rear beds come in two configurations. 

Configuration 1

1. Remove the (2) Torx Head Bolts on each side at the rear of the cargo bed as depicted.(See Figure #1)

2. Remove the (2) Torx Head Bolts at the rear of the cargo bed, near the handle as depicted(See Figure #2)

3.Install the cargo rack by lining up the holes in the cargo rack tabs with the holes from the previously removed hardware.(See Figure #3)

4. Reinstall the original hardware to secure the cargo rack.

Configuration 2

1. Remove the (1) Torx Head Bolt and Plastic Clip on each side at the rear of the cargo bed as depicted.(See Figure #4)

2. Remove the (2) Torx Head Bolts at the rear of the cargo bed, near the handle as depicted.(See Figure #5)

3. Lift the Cargo Liner and remove (2) Outer-most top factory bolts. (set aside for reuse.(See Figure #6)

4. Install the supplied bolts in place of the original factory bolts removed in Step 3. Place the liner back into place.(See Figure #7)

5. Install the cargo rack by lining up the holes in the cargo rack tabs with the holes. Use the bolts removed from under the liner with supplied hardware.(See Figure #8)

6. Reinstall the original hardware to secure the cargo rack.
