Dual Full (Turbo Back) Exhaust Instructions

Removal

1. Remove (4) t40 torx bolts holding Rear Fascia Plastics.

2. Remove (2) retaining springs, (3) M8x1.25 nuts to remove Stock Muffler Assembly.(See Figure #1)

3. Remove Bed liner assembly to allow access to Turbo Heat Shield Bolts

4. Remove factory M6 bolts from the heat shield. (leave heat shield in place)

5, Remove O2 sensor from Factory Turbo Downpipe. (See Figure #2)

6. Remove (4) bolts from Turbo Heat Shield, remove Shield and save for reuse later.(See Figure #3)

7. While supporting Turbo Downpipe, Remove (4) Bolts and remove Downpipe. Take care not to damage gasket.

Installation

1. Install Supplied Downpipe Heat Shield on Downpipe.(See Figure #4)

2. Using Factory Downpipe Bolts, install new Downpipe. 

3. Reinstall Factory Turbo Heat Shield using original Bolts.(See Figure #5)

4. Reinstall O2 sensor in new Downpipe.

5. Pre-install (4) M8-1.25x20 Carriage bolts, (4) ¼” Flat Washers, and (4) M8-1.25 Nylock Nuts on the Muffler Mounting Bracket using top and bottom holes. (See Figure #6)

6. Using provided (4) 7/8” Aluminum Spacers, (4) M6-1.0x40 Button head bolts, and (4) #10 Flat Washers install Muffler Mounting Bracket over Factory Heat Shield.(See Figure #7)

Note: Placing tape over the back of the Carriage bolts leaving excess overhang will help prevent Carriage bolts from falling out while installing mufflers.

7. Install the Collector to the Downpipe using (3) Hole Flange Gasket, (3) M8-1.25x35 Hex Bolts, (3) M8-1.25 Stover Nuts, and (6) ¼” Flat washers. (See Figure #8)

8. Remove Bottom (2) M8-1.25 Nylock Nuts, and (2)¼” Flat Washers and slide lower Muffler Assembly (Taller mounting brackets) onto Collector and gently place over Carriage bolts. Then reinstall (2) M8-1.25 Nylock Nuts and (2) ¼” Flat washers.

Note: Align Muffler to be parallel with Polaris logo on rear plastics.

9. Remove Top (2) M8-1.25 Nylock Nuts, and (2)¼” Flat Washers and slide upper Muffler Assembly (Shorter mounting brackets) onto Collector and gently place over Carriage bolts. Then reinstall (2) M8-1.25 Nylock Nuts and (2) ¼” Flat washers.

10. Install provided (2) Long Neck Springs between Collector and Muffler Assemblies. (See Figure #9)

11. Align and adjust cans as needed then tighten all hardware.

12. Install License Plate Bracket.
