Slip On Exhaust Instructions For Models: Spyder RS (2013-2015)
1. Remove the two bolts and springs from the head pipe-to-inlet joint.
2. Unbolt the original silencer from the silencer support bracket and remove the silencer.
3. Unbolt the silencer support bracket. You will not use it with your new HMF exhaust.
1. Inspect the original donut gasket for wear or damage. Replace it if necessary.
2. Hold your new HMF slip on exhaust in the original silencer location and use the supplied M10x35 Allen head bolt with original spacer and nut, along with the supplied M8X16 hex head bolt to mount the silencer bracket to the passenger foot peg bracket. (See Figure #1)
3. Install the original Allen head bolts with springs, spacers, and nuts at the head pipe-to-inlet joint. (See Figure #2)
4. Inspect all areas for proper clearance and alignment and adjust as necessary. Be sure all hardware is tight.
