Arctic Cat / Wildcat Trail / Slip-On / Titan Series For Models: Wildcat Trail (2014-2020), Wildcat Sport (2015-2015)
1) Use a long piece of electrical wire to remove the springs from the silencer to head pipe joint.
2) Pull back on the silencer to remove it.
1) Inspect the gasket at the end of the head pipe for wear or damage. Replace it if necessary.
2) Position your new silencer in the stock location. The Titan Series uses round bar hangers that slide through the rubber grommets on the frame.
3) Use a long piece of electrical wire to install the supplied springs at the head pipe to the silencer joint.(See Figure #1)
4) Check all areas around the exhaust for proper alignment and clearance. Adjust if necessary.
