1. Mark the centers of the predefined Rock Slider mount holes. (Note. center of the mounting hole is .875” or 7/8” from edge of the marked ring) (See Figure #1)
2. Using a 1 3/8” hole saw to cut the hole is recommended. (See Figure #2)
3. Pre assemble the hardware on the rock sliders.
4. On the driver side Rock slider the furthest forward mount will use:
The Middle mount will use:
The furthest back mount will use:
Do not install Nylocks Nuts or fender washers at this time (See Figure #3)
5. On the Passenger side Rock slider the furthest forward mount will use:
The Middle mount will use:
The furthest back mount will use:
Do not install Nylocks Nuts or fender washers at this time (see pic3)(See Figure #4)
6. With all hardware except Nylock Nuts and Fender Washers in place, Install Rock Sliders onto the vehicle loosely.
7. On the Passenger side rear most mount install the remaining Fender Washer and Nylock Nut, then tighten the remaining 2 mounts with the Split Anchors and Nylock Nuts. (See Figure #5)
8. On the driver side install the remaining (2) Fender Washers and (2) Nylock Nuts on the (2) rear mounts, then tighten the remaining hardware and Split Anchor bolts.(See Figure #6)
9. Tighten all hardware and the install plastic end caps
NOTE: If you are having trouble installing the Split Anchors use a small piece of tape to hold the 2 halves of the Anchor together.(See Figure #7)
