1. Remove the front grill.
1. Drill a 1-1/4” hole in the front fascia on each side as shown. Use the Hole Cut Template provided and place it over the front fascia for hole location. The top bumper supports will pass through these holes. (See Figure #1)
2. Install the supplied (2) 1-½” bar clamps using the supplied (8)m8x25 hex (16) ¼” washers (8)my nylocks. DO NOT TIGHTEN YET.(See Figure #2)
3. Hold the bumper in position and use the (3) supplied M8x20 bolts, (6) 1/4" washers and (3) 8MM nyloc nuts to attach the bottom bumper plate to the frame. DO NOT TIGHTEN YET.
4. Use the (2) supplied M12 Flanged Bolts and Nylock Nuts and flat washers to attach the bumper tubes to frame. You will need a socket with a long extension. DO NOT TIGHTEN YET.
5. Insert the top bumper support brackets through the previously drilled holes in the front fascia. Attach them to the clamps using the supplied 3/8" bolts, 3/8" washers and 3/8" nyloc nuts. DO NOT TIGHTEN.
6. Attach the top bumper support brackets to the bumper using the supplied M8 bolts and 1/4" washers. DO NOT TIGHTEN YET. (See Figure #3)
7. Check all areas around the bumper for proper clearance and alignment. Adjust as necessary.
8. Once the bumper is level, tighten all mounting hardware.
