HD Front Bumper, Arctic Cat® Wildcat Instructions 1. Remove the 2 screws at the bottom of the front plastic.
2. We have given you the option to use the original size 6MM bolts for the lower bumper mount, or you can drill the welded nut on the sub frame to accept the supplied 8MM bolts and nyloc nuts. (recommended)
3. Position the bumper on the machine and insert the mounting bolts through the lower mounting plate, supplied ¼” spacers, plastic radiator guard, and sub frame. Do not tighten.
4. Remove the front upper control arm nuts and install the top bumper support brackets using the supplied 10MM nyloc nuts. (See Figure #1)
5. Use the supplied 8MM bolts, washers and lock nuts to attach the top bumper support brackets to the top bumper brackets. (See Figure #2)
6. Tighten all mounting hardware, periodically checking and adjusting alignment.
