Install: Quiet Core with Euro End Cap

Every HMF exhaust comes with a U.S.F.S. Spark Arrestor uninstalled. The installation process for both the Spark Arrestor and Quiet Core are the exact same. However, if you have an Elliptical exhaust with the Euro End Cap, it'll require a slightly different procedure for installation than the standard round end caps.

Parts:
4 allen screws. Euro End Cap. QC Securing Plate. Quiet Core/Spark Arrestor.

Installation Instructions:
1. Remove the 4 allen screws that hold the Euro End Cap onto the exhaust and remove the end cap. See Figure 1
2. With the Euro End Cap removed you should be able to see the QC Securing Plate. See Figure 2
3. Remove the QC Securing Plate to access the stepped down area for the Quiet Core / Spark Arrestor. See Figure 3
4. Install the Quiet Core/Spark Arrestor into the exhaust outlet and seat it in the stepped down section. See Figure 4
5. Place the QC Securing Plate onto the exhaust as shown in Figure 5.
6. Place the Euro End Cap onto the exhaust and secure with the provided 4 allen screws. Make sure to check the allen screws every service interval to ensure they're tight. See Figure 6
