America's best selling ATV, the Yamaha Raptor 700 features a 686cc fuel-injected engine that makes monstrous torque from idle, through the mid-range, and right up to the 9,000 rpm readline. To do this race-ready bike justice, we developed both a Slip-On and Full Exhaust System. When we put the bike on the dyno, we picked up 8% horse power with the Slip-On exhaust and 17% with the Full System. For racing or trail riding, install the HMF Quiet Core for a 2-4 dB decrease in sound.
HMF Competition Series: The HMF Competition Series with Trimax Core technology features 3 levels of power and sound, allowing you to dictate the type of power and sound you need, when you need it.
Stage 1 uses an insert that restricts sound levels extensively yet produces industry leading power at that dB level.
Stage 2 uses a different sound altering insert that partially lowers sound levels without losing much horse power.
Stage 3 acts as an unrestricted core producing high dB levels with industry leading power throughout the RPM range.
The new Euro End Cap is forged out of 304 Stainless Steel and adds an incredible sound output. Stainless Steel rivet bands are wrapped around the shell and air riveted in for more durability and security.
HMF Performance Series: The HMF Performance Series is specifically designed for sport machines and delivers the most horsepower & torque per dollar of any series. It was specifically designed to deliver maximum power gains throughout the RPM range. If you need to run quiet from time to time, the Sport Series accepts the optional HMF Quiet Core.
HMF Quiet Race Series: The Quiet Race Series is designed for racing machines and meets most sound regulations while still delivering horse power gains. When compared to the Sport Series exhaust with a HMF Quiet Core installed, the QRS delivers more horse power and less dB. With the specially designed core, the HMF Quiet Core can not be used on the Quiet Race Series.
