Raptor 660 + GSXR 1000

This bike is a custom 2003 Yamaha Raptor 660 with a 2006 Suzuki GSX-R 1000 motor installed. The stock Raptor motor has been modified before. Mark Evans (owner) installed a 686 cc motor, then bumped it up to a 780 cc stroke motor. Still not happy with the power, Mark decided to load in a friend's 2006 Suzuki GSX-R 1000 motor. The motor was installed and the bike's frame was painted 2002 Chevy Electron Blue. With some help from his daughter, the bike was wired to the GSX-R harness keeping all the factory Raptor switches. Not an easy task.

It has a built 6 Chrome Ladder Bar Swing Arm with MA Alloy Wheels. It also has a custom polished aluminum Fuel Cell with a stock GSX-R pump. The A-Arms are fully adjustable with 2008 Yamaha Raptor 700 Front Shocks. The front brakes use a street bike master cylinder with individual steel braides brake lines.

We at HMF built the custom header exhaust system using an elliptical carbon fiber can. On the dyno the bike ran at 125 mhp in 5th gear and pumps out a sick sound. Nice work on the entire bike!

"I just wanted to say thanks to HMF for a wonderful exhaust system and I recommend your company to everyone. 100% quality!" - Mark Evans (Owner and Pilot)
