Polaris RZR 900 XP Coming Soon

We spent a lot of time doing the research and development on the Polaris RZR 900 XP exhaust system. The Full System is a Dual setup with (2) 14” exhaust shells with a built-in crossover to equalize pressure. Each step of the HMF head pipe is designed to maximize horse power and torque throughout the entire RPM range. The exhausts also install in a new mounting location located on the side of the RZR 900 XP. The sound that the dual system produces is ridiculous. It features the signature HMF deep tone paired up with a distinct, aggressive growl.

Once we developed the head pipe and exhausts, it was time to tune the XP’s map with hours of dyno testing. We experimented with several different configurations and came up with a solid baseline that comes pre programmed on our HMF Optimizer Fuel Controller. With the proper air filters and tuning, the dual system for the 2011 Polaris RZR 900 XP is a massive upgrade from stock exhaust system.
