The New Competition Series
Available for Sport ATVs and Dirtbikes, the new HMF Competition Series features the all new TriMax Core. When we went back to the drawing board, we discovered horse power and torque in a place nobody thought to look, the shape. Instead of using the standard cylinder that all exhaust core's use, the Trimax core is infact a triangle shape. This new shape increased horse power and torque throughout the entire power curve.
The Series also received a face lift. Available in high-tempered Black Aluminum, the Competition Series features a Stainless Steel Euro End Cap (round or elliptical) that gives the exhaust a sleek style and great sound output. Stainless Steel rivet bands are wrapped around the shell and air riveted in for more durability and security.
The Inserts
The entire purpose of the TriMax Core is to allow the rider to dictate the type of power and sound that they need, when they need it. The Trimax Core will feature 3 stages of power and sound.
Switching the Inserts
Switching between inserts is extremely easy and takes only minutes. Simply loosen the four allen screws located on the end cap, switch out the insert, tighten the allen screws and you're done. It's that easy! Watch the VideoThe Dyno Charts
We did extensive dyno testing when we did the Research and Development of the Competition Series Exhaust. We used this information to make modifications that would produce higher numbers. See the Dyno ChartsSign Up for Email Newsletters.
