Polaris® RZR® 4 900

The Polaris® RZR 4 900 is available as a Dual Full System in the Performance & Titan Series, as a single Slip-On in the Titan Series, or as a slip-on in our ulta-quiet Twin Loop Slip-On System.  The Dual Full System picked up 5 horse power with 3lb of torque. The Titan-QS picked up 3 horse power and the Titan-XL picked up 4 horse.  The Performance Full System weighs 17lbs (6lb less than stock).  At idle, the stock muffler is sound level is at 84 decibels and the Performance Dual Full (with Quiet Cores) is at 88 dB (4dB more than stock).  The Titan-QS is at 85dB and the Titan-XL at 88dB.

Fuel tuning is not typically required learn more

Typically, fuel tuning is not required when installing an HMF Exhaust on this machine. However, other modifications to the machine may require the need for fuel tuning to ensure the machine runs properly, and there is no damage to the exhaust system. Tuning

Fuel Tuning is absolutely required when installing an HMF Exhaust on this machine. Failure to tune the engine can cause excessive damage to the exhaust system and engine, while voiding the warranty on your exhaust and possibly on your machine. (check with local dealer). See the tuning settings below for the proper fuel tuning solution on your machine.

Low Speed Fuel

Going down on the number scale will reduce low speed fuel. Going up on the number scale will increase low speed fuel.

Mid Range Fuel

Going down on the number scale will reduce mid range fuel. Going up on the number scale will increase mid range fuel.

High End Fuel

Going down on the number scale will reduce high end fuel. Going up on the number scale will increase high end fuel.

Green Lower Switch Point

Going down on the number scale will turn green mode on earlier. Going up on the number scale will turn green mode on later. These modes typically will not need adjusted from their base setting.

Yellow Lower Switch Point

Going down on the number scale will turn yellow mode on earlier. Going up on the number scale will turn yellow mode on later. These modes typically will not need adjusted from their base setting.

Red Lower Switch Point

Going down on the number scale will turn red mode on earlier. Going up on the number scale will turn red mode on later. These modes typically will not need adjusted from their base setting.
