How much sound will I lose with the Quiet Core Insert?

With most of our exhaust systems, you can expect to lose anywhere from 4-6dB, depending on your model.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on the item you ordered. Our exhaust systems are hand built in our Brookpark facility and our lead times vary depending on demand. Typically your exhaust system is shipped 3-5 days. When demand is heavy, 7-10 days can be expected. Other parts and acceessories will ship 24-72 hours, depending on availability.

How can I become a dealer?

You can become an HMF dealer by contacting us at 866.HMF.PIPE. You will receive a dealer application and receive your username and login information.

Do I need to re-jet my bike after purchasing an HMF exhaust?

Yes, all HMF pipes require the air fuel ratio be adjusted after installation. Carborated models require re-jetting, fuel-injected models require an HMF Optimizer. Click here to view our HMF Optimizers.

What is the correct way to send a self addressed stamped envelope for my free stickers?

The correct way to send a self addressed stamped envelope is filling out YOUR ADDRESS as the destination and OUR ADDRESS as the return address, placing a valid United States stamp on the envelope and placing that envelope inside of another that you will mail to us.
