well i just ordered my pipe and i am hopping it will fit on my 400i, i heard it would so i am taking th chance. let me know how well your pipe preforms and how loud it is. if anyone has any sound files of it that would be sweet.

AC, are you getting the pipe for the DVX400. I am not familiar if it will fit, but if it doesn't you won't be srtuck with the pipe. Maybe a small restocking fee. The dB level is about 98dB. with the quiet core($20) it will be around 95dB.

no i am not getting the DVX pipe. i am getting the utility pipe for the 500i and i hope it will fit the 400i. 2003. i heard it will fit but its good to know that if it doesnt fit you will take it back.

You will need to cross reference the factory exhaust part numbers for the 2 different models. If they are the same, our pipe should work.
