My name is Darrell Bozarth, and I run the GNCC series. I thought I would give everyone some feedback on the new QRS system. I have 2 YFZs, and have played with a few pipes. Until the QRS came out my favorite pipe was the Bill Ballance full system. I still love the pipe and the awsome power it delivers. I feel that it was responsable for more than one of my holeshots. But due to the sound checking at the races, I didnt want to deal with the hassel of trying to pass tech. So when HMF came out with the QRS I couldnt wait to get my hands on one. I was able to get one for the Steel Creek N.C. race and installed it right before the start. After hearing it I know that I will NEVER have a problem with passing sound check again. As for the power, this thing ROCKS!! I was very impressed. It is every bit as good as my Ballance pipe. And I think it even feels like it has alittle more bottom end. The jetting was close to my Ballance pipe, but I ended up going alittle leaner after I got home from N.C. to dial it in exact. I raced an OMA national in Ark. last weekend. I ran the Pro class, and pulled a huge holeshot. I was ahead by over 2 quad lengths at the first turn. Thanks HMF for an awsome pipe that meets the needs of us racers.
