2005 Arctic Cat Exhausts

Do you guys have any exhaust out for the new 2005 Arctic Cat's? I'm specifically looking for an exhaust for my 2005 500. If not, will you be making systems for these bikes and what is the expected date that they will be out?

We have no plans for the arctic cat 500 05' at this time, best thing is to stay posted to the forum for any updates.

will the pipe listed for the 650v2 work on the 2005 models or is it only 2004 models? How much extra $$ is the polished finish? Do you need to re-jet after installing the pipe (in ALABAMA..lower elevations?)? Which models are availabale for the 2005 650...Penland,standaed ute pipe, etc....

Big Al we really don't have a huge market or dealers in our area with arctic cats, so it is hard for us to test fit the new model years like the 05'. Arctic cat also seems to change there exhaust every year, so it is hard to keep up with there updates. We have pipes that will fit the 02' 03' 500 and the 04' and down 650. Hopefully soon we can get the new 05' 650 and try a test fit. Until then stay posted to the forum for updates.

If I purchase your slip-on for the '04 650v2 and it won't fit on the '05, can I return it for a refund? I'll test fit it for you and then you'll know...just a thought. Everyone I've talked to says there is no difference in mounting??

Big Al contact a dealer and see if the stock pipe part # is the same for 04' and 05' If it is then it would fit.

Do you guys know yet if you are going to make a pipe for the 2005 Arctic Cat 500's yet? I heard a rumor (hopefully just a rumor) that you guys werent goin to make one

Just use a 2000-2003 Honda Rancher HMF, fits pretty dang good, for $17.00 u can get a mounting bracket from HL....
