2005 BRUTE 750 Every spring when I do alot of deeper water riding the front stock header(have slip on pipe) keeps cracking, the pipe is paper thin. I just keep putting on other used pipes because my local dealer installs alot of full systems. I am wondering if I can buy just the front header pipe and if it will work with the slip on system. Also what material is the pipe, and is it thicker material than the original. Have you had problems with cracking in water on you front headers. Any info would be great.

Our head pipe is too big for the slip on inlet. If you send us your silencer we can convert it to work with our head pipe. The cost of the conversion with the new head pipe is $247.95 + shipping. This also includes replacing the packing in the silencer.
