I have Bill Ballance full system. I'm running a 45 pilot jet, and 155 main and K&N air filter. The problem I'm having is the header pipe is cherry red! When you rev it up it shoots a flame out the pipe. Also, I can't adjust my idle. Any suggestions?

A dull glow for the first 6-8 " is normal, but if its bright red, something isnt right. Begin by adjusting your fuel screw --> http://hmfracing.com/forums/showthread.php?t=118 Let me know if that helps
