idle to low rpm cut out

I have a 2004 honda trx450r with hrc kit installed,
main jet: 185
hrc needle 4th clip
50 pilot
fuel screw turned all the way in
im running the hmf ironman full system with the k&n filter and outerwears


Once the quad gets hot after 10 minutes of riding, it bogs during slow tight twisty trails or on the track when the rpms are low, also when i kick start it, it will fire up when its hot, but when i just touch the throttle, it will cut out.

Ive been working on this for a year and i am so frustrated with this, please help!!

If you are finding your high smooth idle with the fuel screw all the way in, ditch the 50 pilot. Its too big. You should find your high smooth idle between 1.5 and 3.5 turns out --> read this http://hmfracing.com/forums/showthread.php?t=118
I think that's where most of your problem is. Also is your air box lid on or off?

the air box lid is removed and it did the same thing with the 48 pilot.
the spark plug was black and i just changed it.

Did you readjust the fuel screw? What throttle position did you do your plug check in? Do plug checks as mentioned here this is a good read --> http://hmfracing.com/forums/showthread.php?t=32
