I have an 08 650 Outlander. I ride mostly private areas around home. I want a performace increase without the noise. Dont get me wrong i know there is going to be a sound increase. I just want as little as possible. I was thinking about the utility series w/ quite core?? Or maybe QRS??? I also would be installing the optimizer. I had a Rincon with the HMF ECO. Really liked it but I dont need anything louder than that. I've also installed a Utility with quite core on a Kaw.P650. That also wasnt overly loud. Just looking for some real world comparisons. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanx

Aaron, the absolute best exhaust for you would be the Swamp Series. It will be about 2 dbs louder than stock with nearly all of the power gains that you would see with the Utility series. It has an optional snorkel kit that you can purchase if you intend on riding through deep mud or water.

Thanks for the info Mike. But my money situation is a little tight for the Swamp Series:( Is the Utility pipe with quite core overly loud compared to Swamp Series? Im not a mud runner nor do I use my machine as a submarine. But if the Swamp would be a better pipe in the long run as far as sound, power, and maintenance. I may just hold off till I get the extra cash.

Thanx

Judging by what you are looking for in an exhaust you would be happier to save for the swamp. Hands down.
