I just recently purchased a HMF eliptical full exhaust for my 2006 Honda TRX450R, engine is bone stock. I also have the stock air filter and lid off. I purchased the HMF jetting kit for it and did jetted it with your following baseline settings:
Baseline jetting for a full system:
Fuel screw 2.5 out.
Pilot:48.
HMF needle 3rd clip from the top.
Main Jet: 165.
For the life of me I cannot get it to start up. I went over everything again just to make sure I didn't install anything wrong and I could not find anything. I am getting spark to the spark plug and when I pulled the plug out I noticed it was wet with gasoline. I even tried taking the air filter off thinking it was getting too much fuel but that didn't help at all. I'm not sure where to go from here. Do you guy's have any suggestions?
