Jetting A 450R

I just purchased a HMF slip on for my 450R and we are having trouble getting it jetted and the air/fuel mixture screw set just right. I'm running a K & N filter with a precharger and an oem box lid. I plan on switching to a K & N box lid in a few months, but I want to make it ridable right now. Any thoughts!

We used a 125 main jet with the stock air box. When we took the lid off we used a 180 main jet. Keep in mind we do the test at 800' elevation in a controlled area on the dyno. All conditions are different and so are elevations so you may have different results. Any questions give us a call. 866-HMF-PIPE.
