my bike wiil not run right with this. no matter what i try it is way too rich. i have a hmf full exhaust and aluminum airbox. i went all the way down to a 160 main and up to a 185. it still cuts out on the top end. i put the stock needle back in and its fine. i thought it was a bad needle so i bought another one, same thing. i have tried a 42, 45, 48, and 50 pilot jet, adjusted the fuel screw from 1 to 3 turns, i tried the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th clip position on the needle and its still way too rich. is the air jet to blame? everyone uses this needle and their bike is fine.

try unpluging your tps its the one with 3 wires that runs into the side of your carb see if that works had the same problem almost lost all my hair unpluged it and bang no miss up top any more
